Calviá (España), 30 jul (EFE).- Dos agentes de la Guardia Civil española murieron hoy en la turística isla de Mallorca, en un atentado atribuido a ETA, veinticuatro horas después de que la organización terrorista intentara una matanza en el norte de España cuando se cumplen 50 años de su creación. Los agentes Carlos Sáenz de Tejada y Diego Salva fueron alcanzados por la explosión de su coche patrulla al que había sido adosada en los bajos una bomba-lapa, que fue accionada a distancia en las inmediaciones del cuartel de la Guardia Civil en la localidad de Palmanova, en el municipio de Calviá, próximo a Palma de Mallorca. Horas después del atentado, que ocurrió poco antes de las dos de la tarde (12:00 GMT), los artificieros de las fuerzas de seguridad hicieron una explosión controlada de una segunda bomba hallada en un vehículo situado en las proximidades del otro cuartel que la Guardia Civil tiene en Palmanova.
